My brother found out yesterday that he has been accepted to his first choice of law school, Georgetown University! I’m so proud of him. In honor of this, let’s talk legal today. While doing research, I found this awesome Arabic-English glossary of legal terms made by the state of California and this database of Arabic legal terms from BirZeit University in BirZeit, Palestine. Check them out, they’re really neat. Additional terms I use below come from The Top 1,000 Words for Understanding Media Arabic, published by Georgetown University.
